Terms and Terminations 1. The Webcast sponsor is Saskatchewan Communications Network (SCN), hereinafter referred to as SCN or the Webcast Sponsor.
2. The persons using or participating in this Webcast or micro site will be referred to as the User or User.
3. These are the official Webcast Rules and Regulations. These Webcast Rules and Regulations are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable, federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having
jurisdiction over the Webcast Sponsor. You agree to be bound by future revisions of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to visit this page periodically to review any changes. The Webcast sponsor may, at any time, change or discontinue aspects or features of this webcast, including content and hours of availability.
Acceptance of Rules and Regulations 4. Use of SCN and Drug Class Webcasts as well as any materials accessed herein provides sufficient evidence of full acceptance by you of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. Failure to comply will result in termination of access and usage. The Webcast Sponsor reserves the right to block access to any SCN or Drug Class Webcasts for anyone who violates the Rules and Regulations.
Limitations of Liability and Disclaimer 5. This Webcast and micro site is provided on an “as is” basis. By entering the Webcast, the User releases and holds the Webcast Sponsor harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the User, Webcast Sponsor or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any information or participation in this Webcast, any breach of the Rules and Regulations, or activity. The User agrees to fully indemnify the Webcast Sponsor from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Webcast, without limitation. The Webcast Sponsor rejects all responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage resulting or arising from out of anything related to any errors in or omissions from this Webcast and its content, including technical inaccuracies, errors in vocally delivered material, video, text or any other digital material.
6. Users shall abide by all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws, including those pertaining to libel, slander, defamation, harassment, invasion of privacy, and copyright and trademark infringement.
7. When accessing this Webcast, you agree that SCN, Rand Teed, Cooper Rock Pictures Inc., and any other moderators or official contributors to this event shall not be liable to you for any loss or injury caused in delivering or receiving, acting on or interpretation of the information from this presentation. In no event will SCN and / or any moderators or contributors be liable to you or anyone else for any action taken by you on the basis of such information or for any accompanying, consequential, or related damages.

By entering the Webcast the User agrees that he/she has read and understood these official rules and regulations and grants all consents required, authorizes the Webcast Sponsor to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, written material, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no additional compensation, this releases the Webcast Sponsor from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the users participation in this Webcast.
Conduct 10. By entering this Webcast the User automatically agrees to accept and abide by these Rules and Regulations. All decisions of the Webcast Sponsor with respect to any aspect of this Webcast, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, is final and binding on all Users in all matters as they relate to this Webcast.
11. All data and chat text supplied by the User become the property of the Webcast Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail, voice messages, e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions. The Webcast Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture or display of information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error. If for any reason, in the opinion of the Webcast Sponsor, in its sole discretion, the Webcast is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Webcast is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond their control, the Webcast Sponsor reserves their right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Webcast including canceling any method of entry and is held harmless from any and all liability.
12. The Webcast Sponsor reserves its right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or User they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Webcast or to be acting in violation of the Rules and Regulations or otherwise in a disruptive manner. Any attempts to deliberately damage the Webcast, micro sire, website, or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Webcast is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made the Webcast Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law. The Webcast Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Webcast including any damage to a Users computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this Webcast or from downloading any material from the Webcast web site, where applicable.
13. Harassment, foul language, threats, abuse, uncouth and rude conduct generated by any User is strictly prohibited. Links typed into chat that direct Users to sites containing any illegal, harmful, pornographic, horrific, or malware ridden content is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property / Copyright 14. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Webcast Sponsor or individuals and companies the Website Sponsor has licensed them from. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. Copyright of the information presented during this Webcast, as well as the video images themselves, is owned by SCN and/or the original authors. Graphic images and other non-spoken materials may also appear in the Webcast. All rights to these materials belong to SCN and/or the copyright owners who license such materials to SCN.
